Senior Global Services Business & Systems Transformation Analyst

Develops and maintains the overall Managed and Support Services Business and IT Systems Transformation Roadmap.  Assesses the transofmrational plans and needs of the Global Services businesses, and translates business requireemnts into a corresponding IT System Plan of Record.  Identifies opportunities for enhanced efficiency and service delivery capability, through ongoing assessment of existing and new IT technologies.  Collaborates with functioanl leaders within the Managed and Support Services teams to identify key pain points, efficiency needs, and opportunities for improved customer satisfaction through IT system transformation.  Identifies how complex business problems can be solved with automated systems. Contributes to lead in technology needs assessments to determine where improvements can be made.  Also leads engagement and interaction with the IT organization, on behalf of MSS.


  • Harvests and analyzes business transformation plans from MSS leads and translates functional business requirements into IT solution requirements.
  • Develops and maintains a comprehensive 3 year IT Solution Roadmap plan for Managed and Support Services.
  • Champions the needs of the MSS business with IT counterparts, and manages the IT Investment Council intake process for the global services organization.
  • Assesses current and future IT solution capabilities for functiona and fit within the MSS business strategy.
  • Acts and the primary interface with the Zebra IT organization
  • Develops business cases and business resource plans to support successful execution of the MSS IT Transformation Roadmap.
  • Performs budget planning to maximize impact of the MSS IT Transformation Roadmpap.
  • Translates functional business requiements into IT technical requirements, and oversees successful execution.
  • Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Exhibits expertise in identifying, evaluate designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  • Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
  • Leads in providing consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
  • Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with IT, Professional Services and outsourcing functions.


  • Preferred Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Preferred Work Experience (years):
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience
