Develops and maintains the overall Managed and Support Services Business and IT Systems Transformation Roadmap. Assesses the transofmrational plans and needs of the Global Services businesses, and translates business requireemnts into a corresponding IT System Plan of Record. Identifies opportunities for enhanced efficiency and service delivery capability, through ongoing assessment of existing and new IT technologies. Collaborates with functioanl leaders within the Managed and Support Services teams to identify key pain points, efficiency needs, and opportunities for improved customer satisfaction through IT system transformation. Identifies how complex business problems can be solved with automated systems. Contributes to lead in technology needs assessments to determine where improvements can be made. Also leads engagement and interaction with the IT organization, on behalf of MSS.
