Overview

The Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst will be a key member of the North America Strategic Analytics & Planning team that is charged with developing, implementing, and supporting strategies for the North America Sales organization.

Responsibilities

This role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Report progress of new market growth opportunities within the core business and adjacencies.
  • Routinely analyze revenue data and market trends to identify patterns, correlations, and inconsistencies among various data points.
  • Support sales leaders and their respective sales strategies through data analyses, modeling, and reporting of key performance metrics.
  • Utilize key market intelligence tools within the business to enhance segmentation, targeting, demand generation, and sales support.
  • Become a trusted, collaborative partner to sales, operations, marketing and finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferred Work Experience (years):
    • 2 - 3 years of experience in Business/Financial Planning, Reporting, or Analysis.
  • Key Skills and Competencies:
    • A self-starter with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau, and Microsoft PowerBI are an added plus.
