Overview

The Technical Customer Support Intern will help drive next generation support model and being a part of our Customer self service strategy team. They will act as a core team member of Zebra Technical Support’s digital transformation team helping drive the strategy and implementation of next generation support tools and processes; research current and next generation self service and support automation technologies and help provide recommendations for how Zebra could adopt.

Responsibilities

• Act as a core team member of Zebra Technical Support’s digital transformation team helping drive the strategy and implementation of next generation support tools and processes
• Research current and next generation self service and support automation technologies and help provide recommendations for how Zebra could adopt.

Qualifications

  • Junior/Bachelor Degree-Related Major (i.e. Technical Degree).
  • Technical Certifications preferred.
  • 1-3 years demonstrated working experience required.
  • Basic computer literacy with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package. Demonstrates ability to articulate technical issues in simple to understand terms to both management and customers.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
