The Office Support Intern will assist in objectives that support, develop, and grow Zebras' "unmanaged" partners.


  • Handles inbound phone and e-mail activity from unmanaged partners who require support; assists with inquiries related to products; directs partners to appropriate Zebra personnel for resolution; captures initial sales opportunity details and engages appropriate resources to manage moving forward.    
  • Supports Zebra compliance efforts by proactively following up with unmanaged partners to ensure compliance is being met.
  • Supports newly admitted Zebra partners by assisting with onboarding, including any required training on the partner program, tools, and products.
  • Supports special product-focused initiatives (ie, Card, Supplies, MP7000) for unmanaged partners who are strong prospects based on their business model and market focus.
  • Proactive feedback on partner opportunities to internal sales team and sales managers
  • Continuous product and applications training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Junior/Senior Bachelor or Associate Degree-Related Major.
  • 3+ years customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and strong ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and a sense of urgency.
