Overview

We’re searching for a digitally-savvy, marketing-focused, project manager looking to not only manage projects but also execute, deliver and maintain translated digital content across an enterprise global website. All-star project management skills are required to build project schedules, manage translations projects through a third-party vendor and provide budget / status reports. Account management and digital marketing skills will be needed to collaborate and build relationships with internal regional marketing teams, Global Digital Marketing UX and content strategy teams. People most successful in this role will have no problem working inside a CMS building, editing and publishing web pages.

Responsibilities

Project Management of Marketing Translations

  • Creates and owns product, vertical and campaign launch project schedules for a single region
  • Facilitates the translations and review process of translated marketing content
  • Manages relationship and communication with translations vendor including project briefings, status meetings and final invoicing
  • Responsible for prioritizing, managing and delivering content changes to live Zebra.com pages for languages in a single region
  • Develops a close relationship with regional marketing teams in a single region to understand their needs for the most prominent marketing channel-- Zebra.com
  • Reviews digital content delivered from Global Digital Strategy team with an eye for regional marketing needs and timing
  • Works to understand and execute regional variances for content in a single region
  • Launches all translated web content in region according to launch calendar
  • Leads regional-specific projects such as building new pages for product launches, campaigns for a single region
  • Manages content against an editorial calendar executing changes on a regular cadence
  • Uploads digital assets into digital asset management system in Adobe Experience Manager CMS and tags with appropriate metadata
  • Communicates digital strategy to regional marketing teams on SEO, Analytics, Content Performance, and User experience of digital experiences 
  • Continually QA’s the site for any broken links, issues or bugs, adheres to our agile process of submitting a bug ticket and follows through on ensuring the site is working up to the quality standards the team has set forth

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience managing the delivery of digital projects for a stakeholder/customer including creating timelines and project plans
  • Proven experience delivering work on-time and with-in budget, where applicable
  • Digital-saavy, highly-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • BA/BS required in Marketing, Communication, Technology, Media/Journalism or a related field
  • Insanely organized, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time 
  • Strong communication skills in person, via email and on collaboration tools such as Skype, Lync, JIRA
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills

 Desired Skills:

  • Experience working at a digital marketing agency preferred
  • Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Smartsheets, etc
  • Experience working in a CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager
  • Management of digital assets including taxonomy, uploading, activating
  • Ability to read or speak multiple languages is a plus in working with translated content
  • Knowledge of agile development processes
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Interested in Analytics and measurement of digital content performance
