The candidates will be working Program Management Office (PMO) on specific hardware and software driven projects to either assist the program Manager with development execution tasks or help improve internal processes and procedures.
Follow up on project team actions, schedules and status
Generate and maintain budget forecasts/actuals
Act as a member of cost reduction task teams
Review processes and procedures to find improvement opportunities
Monitor sample unit allocations and distribute accordingly
Overall status to be reported on a regular basis
Analyze and synthesize field data to identify insights and opportunities
Visualize your ideas and insights
Adapt consumer oriented Service Design methodologies to an enterprise context
Develop new methods of mapping, ideation, and stakeholder communication
Fluent in English - oral and written skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Ability to multitask
Background in mechanical, electrical, software, operations or finance a plus.
