We’re seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to champion our Manufacturing and T&L Sales efforts in the western United States. You will use your extensive business acumen and connections to convert prospects into customers, negotiate comprehensive deals and build lasting business relationships.   • Achieve revenue and accounts growth targets in line with the annual sales objectives.
  • Create and execute deals based on a soluitons-driven sales approach.
  • Identify and sell critical differentiators so that Zebra is the obvious choice as the vendor with the best solutions.  
  • Identify, qualify, secure and cultivate new customer accounts and usiness opportunities.
  • Utilize major account sales process to identify new prospects and build sales plan for the territory.
  • Engage proper resources on complex solutions to ensure the appropriate solution is presentd and sold to the customer.
  • Develop and maintain senior level relationships with key accounts
  • Manage customer satisfaction in both the pre- and post sales environment.


  • Preferred Education:
    • Bachelors degree.
  • Preferred Work Experience (years):
    • 12+ years of applicable work experience within manufacturing, transportation & logistics, selling into those verticals.
    • Indepth knowledge of software and Lean Manufacturing principles.
    • Software solutions experience and a track record of selling.
    • Experience with RTLS technologies.
  • Key Skills and Competencies:
    • Helps develop Zebra technical solutions; expert in some areas
    • Leads teams in development of advanced solution selling concepts and partnership creation; proven sales success only
    • Full knowledge of all relevant business policies and practices; strong ability to energize and lead others
