Zebra Technology is looking for a dedicated individual to join our Organizational Development team at our corporate offices in Lincolnshire, IL as an Organizational Development Intern for the summer months.
Partner with Organizational Development team to support the North America Onboarding process
Assist with the deployment of corporate - wide culture activities
Support Management and Leadership Development initiatives
Work with OD team to launch and maintain data & documents related to employee surveys (onboarding, pulse)
Work closely with Organizational Development on ad-hoc OD projects
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates discretion, integrity and clear understanding of confidentiality
Detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player, with ability to collaborate across departments
Time management; showcases ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with using the Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor Degree-Related Major (i.e. Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Training)
