The Sales Manager for Supplies is responsible for leading a sales team and building long term customer/partner relationships.  Through a thorough knowledge of the sales process, this role will provide innovative ideas for business growth.


  • Achieves growth and attains sales goals by maximizing our sales team potential, developing and implementing action plans.
  • Leads teams in development of advanced solution selling concepts and partnership creation.
  • Acquires in-depth product knowledge and pro-actively supports relationships with customer accounts.
  • Contribute to a corporate culture centered on cultivating and maintaining a "Customer First" mentality.


  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of applicable sales and management experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.  Printing supplies experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Highly competitive by nature
  • Excellent teaming, mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Ability to travel throughout North America, as needed, up to 50% of the time.
