  • Overview

    Provide support to Sales and Sales Operation by working on enhancements and design for Power BI and other sales tools while also providing insightful sales analytics through the creation of various reports and dashboards. Additionally, own and maintain processes related to target accounts used for sales crediting/compensation.

    Responsibilities

    • General administration of Power BI including reporting and analysis. This includes serving as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Power BI
    • Create and maintain sales pipeline focused reports and dashboards for various business units
    • Develop metrics, KPIs, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business performance
    • Perform data inspection, cleanup and governance to ensure data integrity
    • Proactively identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to improve system efficiencies
    • Develop requirements for new Power BI features and functionality to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users
    • Support day-to-day operational needs/requests of the Sales and Sales Operations teams
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine what will best drive business goals
    • Review and approve project documents; conduct testing for various projects related to all sales tools

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years’ experience in a business or technical role
    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Business-related focus
    • SQL and coding experience required
    • Power BI or exposure to other BI tools strongly preferred
    • Experience with SFDC administrative functions
    • Experience creating complex reports, pivot tables, vLookups, and macros within Excel
    • Experience analyzing and manipulating data and creating solutions based upon the information gathered from the data
    • Experience in creating/updating/running sales or revenue reporting
    • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage tasks in a time conscious manner to achieve goals
    • Experience working with multiple internal clients with varying priorities
    • Comfort with communicating in both business and technical styles
    • Display strong verbal and written communication skills; communicates effectively and develops strong relationships with all levels of leadership and staff
    • Knowledge of Xactly compensation tool and/or experience in sales a plus
    • Proactive- Must want to seek out information and solutions that are pertinent to their responsibilities and key to their delivery
