Overview

 

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and tech savvy Senior Product Manager to join our Mobile Printer Product Management team.

 

The Mobile Product Management team is part of Zebra’s Specialty Printing Group and is responsible for global product launches of mobile thermal printing solutions. As a member of our team, you will interface with Zebra colleagues and customers around the world.

Responsibilities

 

  • Product management tasks focusing on “the fuzzy front-end”: innovation, ideation, product definition, business justification, product development, pricing, and market launch of mobile printers
  • Develop and maintain understanding of market, competitive landscape, customer requirements, distribution channels and Zebra offerings
  • Translate customer needs into Market Requirement Documents for the printers and associated accessories
  • Articulate product positioning in terms of Zebra inter-line logic as well as competitive positioning
  • Be visionary and innovative; bring new ideas to the table
  • Develop initial go-to-market strategies and objectives to deliver annual gross revenue and margin targets
  • Partner with Global Product Marketing teams on the product solutions and target customers; make recommendations to launch and campaign planning
  • Provide input to portfolio’s strategic planning cycle

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of Product or Project Management experience in the technology industry. AIDC preferred.
  • Experience working in the B2B market preferred
  • Passion for technology and products
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; proven skills to create business, product and market plans
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, regional sales & marketing)
  • Strong decision making skills and proven ability to influence on results
  • Ability to travel 10-20% to worldwide Zebra locations, customers, channel partners and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills at all levels of organization
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a team as well as independently
