Responsible for planning and executing strategies to optimize operational performance while maintaining customer service level agreements. 


  • Oversees the work of a team of repairs services associates or technicians with full responsibility for talent acquisition, performance management, retention and engagement. May oversee a larger organization, working through subordinate supervisors.
  • Sets goals and prioritizes assignments for the team, monitor progress and provides coaching and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds service level agreements.
  • Routinely presents to large audiences of individual contributor level team members at “shift meetings” or “all hands site meetings”. Demonstrates comfort and capability to present in this context. May also present to audiences up to director level, usually within own functional organization.
  • Leads change initiatives which may include cost reduction or efficiency initiatives. Uses business knowledge and best practices to recommend changes.
  • May own or be responsible for an entire site / location.
  • May lead adjacent operational functions for the site such as OSHA compliance, training or other areas.
  • Represents the team or the site in cross functional / cross organizational activities. Understands the broader business context, upstream and downstream impacts of changes to work process. Collaborates effectively across locations and disciplines for the benefit of Zebra and our customers.



Associate Degree with 6+ years’ experience Logistic and Support. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Experience (years):

8+ years experience including minimum 2 years as a supervisor managing 50 people or more.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Analytical skills - can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations.

Intermediate systems knowledge in assigned functional area. Working knowledge of how systems work together and functionality of systems upstream and downstream.

Microsoft Excel –advanced skills.

Microsoft PowerPoint –intermediate skills.

Presentation skills - intermediate. Some formal training in public speaking / presentation skills preferred. 

Experience leading a team to successful business outcomes through strong talent and performance management practices. Formal management training preferred.
