Performs analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide web systems.
Performs to analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide web systems (e.g., AEM, AWS, Solr, Tomcat, Apache, Akamai) across functional areas.
Responsible for developing potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
Develops and utilizes test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance.
Manages analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes.
Drives conversion and system implementation plans.
Manages and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
Drives changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
Executes training for personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.
Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.
Responsible for system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
Ensures availability and performance of complex systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance.
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience with end user issues
Demonstrated technical experience
Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
Experience developing new systems and tools
Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
Advanced analytical skills
Demonstrated Project Management skills
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
Experience identifying and implement process improvements
