  • Overview

    Performs analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide web systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs to analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide web systems (e.g., AEM, AWS, Solr, Tomcat, Apache, Akamai) across functional areas.
    • Responsible for developing potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
    • Develops and utilizes test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance.
    • Manages analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes.
    • Drives conversion and system implementation plans.
    • Manages and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
    • Drives changes in development, maintenance and system standards. 
    • Executes training for personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.
    • Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
    • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.
    • Responsible for system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
    • Ensures availability and performance of complex systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience with end user issues
    • Demonstrated technical experience
    • Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
    • Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
    • Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
    • Experience developing new systems and tools
    • Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
    • Advanced analytical skills
    • Demonstrated Project Management skills
    • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
    • Experience identifying and implement process improvements
