The Customer Engagement (CE) Systems Engineers (SEs) in Zebra will provide technical leadership in the development of mobile computing Platform: Hardware, Software, and Solutions.
They will use technology, market and customer trends to specify and develop new features and product concepts. They will be front facing to the customers to identify areas improvement, gaps in requirements, help define user stories and use cases. Additionally, they will lead architectural analysis of the customer implemented solutions, and will coordinate feasibility studies and design tradeoffs among the Engineering, Product Management and Program Management stakeholders.
The Customer engagement SEs will be responsible for capturing/supporting the solution, system, and product requirements from a customer perspective, the main focus will be onsite customer support, for monitoring their verification, and for assurance of overall solution reliability and quality.
