    The Global Sales and Services organization has an aggressive goal to grow Professional and Learning Services revenue through channel and global partners over the next 3 years. A business transformation program has been put in place to build the partner ecosystem and integrate the services and solutions portfolio into that ecosystem. A Channel Program Manager is needed to lead the program and ignite the channel.



    • Oversee the development of strategic ecosystem business plans and programs to support Professional and Learning Services sales growth through the channel in designated market segments; identify volume and strategic customers; and develops partnership
    • Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations
    • Lead the workstream teams through the formulation and execution of program plans, strategies and functions
    • Regular reports and readouts to the business owner, program sponsor and key stakeholders
    • Interface with the multiple business units involved to ensure that the program is successful by taking strategic and operational considerations into account
    • Arrange and participate in Strategic partner meetings
    • Working with the Channel Operations team to set up the partner program aspects
    • Working with the Sales team to understand their needs and sales plans to build pipeline
    • Working with the Zebra Knowledge Center for partner training and certification programs
    • Working with Sales Operations and Business Analytics to understand the pipeline, trends, gaps
    • Working with Marketing to ensure a solid demand generation plan
    • Working with Professional Services portfolio team on roadmap and offerings for channel
    • Develop program timeline and communicate key milestones to key stakeholders
    • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plan that is continuously updated
    • Resolve project / program conflicts promptly to minimize risks and to achieve program objectives
    • Support Global Partners sales team on an ad hoc basis by providing project management and other activities as needed
    • Support OEM sales team on an ad hoc basis by providing project management and other activities as needed



    Qualifications / Skills


    • Degree qualified, Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or marketing


    Work Experience

    • Demonstrable and significant related work experience in Program and Project Management, preferably relating to change management and business transformation


    Leadership Skills

    • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across functions and global teams, with a track record of maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Process improvement oriented change-agent that is skilled in change management
    • Superior organizational skills with ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams while meeting commitments
    • Proactive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong presentation and executive level communication skills



    • Successful track record of delivering complex global programs in a matrixed environment through strong program management skills. MSP / PMP certification preferred.
    • Able to leverage business expertise to identify potential issues, challenge assumptions and effectively participate in strategic planning discussions.
    • Experience creating and presenting management recommendations, analytics and insights.
    • Experience in Channel Sales Management, ideally in a Services industry.
    • Experience working in two-tiered distribution models
    • Experience in Sales and Channel Enablement
    • Experience of working in a Professional Services functional area
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
