    This role is responsible for global channel business analytics to increase the effectiveness of Zebra’s channel programs and overall channel productivity and ROI. This role will support channel the Global Channel Strategy and Programs and Global Pricing & Channel Investments teams. It will require working closely with the channel strategy and programs team to develop strategic goals and ideal outcomes for the organization, and for driving these from a global level. The  Senior Analyst is responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and analytics insights to effectively assess the health of the channel and the effectiveness of programs for all regions


    • Extract data from Zebra systems and compile from various sources to analyze and distribute to key stakeholders in the Channel Strategy Team
    • Initiate and build standard and custom reports and analyzing those reports for channel strategy and channel pricing teams. Offer solutions based on analysis.
    • Drive strategic recommendations for the overall lifecycle management of Zebra’s partner programs and overall channel health, including performance of new partners, uptake of benefits, cost and margin of partner types, rebate performance, product sales trends by partner type, globally and at a country level.
    • Architect predictive analytics to advise strategy team on adjustments and replication of programs and approaches that will drive desired outcomes.
    • Manage large scale publishing and maintenance of data bases and reports that support channel strategy and adjacent functions and provide recommendations for improvements, as necessary.
    • Project manage the development of report specifications, data requirements, and provide analysis to resolve business related issues. Review and improve reporting processes wherever possible.
    • Provide support to team through data analysis and research of business processes. This analysis may identify gaps in business process and lead to efforts to improve those processes.
    • Conduct research or attend conferences to learn about new products or techniques that could improve Zebra’s performance.
    • Train, advise and perform other duties as assigned


    • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics or Data Science.

    • Extremely strong analytical skills in Excel including graphical portrayal of results
    • Familiar with partner programs, pricing, discounting and margin calculations in distribution or reseller channels
    • 3 + years of finance, sales analytics or similar experience analyzing data in a large scale, complex organization
    • Strong familiarity with data gathering from corporate ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
    • Good writing, communication and presentation skills including PowerPoint
    • Detail oriented with high focus on accuracy
