    The Senior Manager, Treasury will serve as key member of the corporate finance organization with broad responsibilities over global cash management, forecasting and equity with a focus on process improvements as well as managing multiple projects and initiatives.


    • Manage global cash management function with emphasis on identifying efficiencies and establishing optimal processes
    • Analyze and lead enhancements to cash forecasting process for accuracy and efficiency
    • Partner closely with Tax, Legal and Accounting to efficiently repatriate offshore cash
    • Proactively review and optimize global banking structure, services and fees
    • Assist in managing relationships with banking partners, lenders and rating agencies
    • Prepare various reports and presentations for senior leaders
    • Manage initiatives to centralize global cash management activities and enhancing internal controls
    • Oversee stock-based compensation activities
    • Lead staff activities; provides direction and coaching to team members to drive peak performance and foster development.
    • Supports the Senior Director with budget responsibilities.
    • Assist Treasurer with various projects as needed related to capital markets, insurance, etc.  


    Preferred Education:
    - Bachelor’s degree required, MBA helpful
    Preferred Work Experience (years):

    - Minimum of 12 years of experience
    Key Skills and Competencies:
    - Experience managing Treasury team

    - Experience within a public multinational corporation
    - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    - Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
    - Project management experience working across functions and geographies
    - Demonstrated ability to interface with management levels across functions
