The Sr. HR Representative will provide generalist HR support and partner with multiple business leaders and their employees within the assigned Corporate Function organization(s). This may include: Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and/or Legal as assigned. The key role is to assist in development and execution of HR programs and processes that build organizational and leadership capability to meet customer business needs. Candidates must demonstrate and apply their expertise across several strategic HR areas including: organization design, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, labor law/compliance, training, compensation, benefits, HR metrics and analytics, HR processes, policies, and systems.
