    The Global Content Marketing Lead is responsible for the strategic planning, creation and delivery of a series of marketing programs that drive demand for Zebra solutions, in alignment with regional & vertical market goals. The position oversees the campaign-based demand generation process for a specific vertical or portfolio, in close coordination with peers around the world. The incumbent will drive the creation, management, and execution of advertising programs (both onsite and offsite) and marketing communications with the creative, media, portfolio planning, research, and product marketing teams. 


    • Leads the planning and strategic definition of content used in awareness, demand generation and seller enablement activities which is developed specifically for a key audience as part of our global marketing strategy. This includes assets such as landing pages, emails, advertising campaigns, videos and multimedia, interactive web content, case studies, brochures, presentations and more.
    • Proactively plans, scopes, budgets, briefs, and tracks content marketing projects. Skilled at working closely with in-house creative and external agency resources to bring those plans to life.
    • Builds and maintains strong relationships across marketing organization, particularly with digital and regional teams on the topics of content requirements and performance to ensure a closed loop.
    • Participates in market research projects targeting our prioritized verticals, in particular for audience-specific customer journey mapping and those which drive our thought leadership programs such as Vision Studies.
    • Act as the “demand creation expert” for area of responsibility, including the monitoring of tactical performance, market trends, industry best practices to drive strategic insights and adjustments.
    • Partners with the campaign strategy & architecture team to ensure that our content and campaign strategies are well-aligned in message, timeline and route and are appropriately weighted across the entire consideration funnel to optimize return on marketing investment (ROMI) for their audience of responsibility
    • On-time/on-budget delivery of major demand generation programs and underlying tactics in support of the vertical campaign in region.



    • Preferred Education:
      • -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar.
    • Preferred Work Experience (years):
      • 7+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing
    • Key Skills and Competencies:
      • Skilled marketing content strategist, inclusive of aligning a content calendar to a go-to-market plan and in delivering content against that calendar.
      • Solid understanding of translating business requirements and brand personality into tactical assets, copy, and design.
      • Exceptional influencing skills; Leading without direct authority; Cross functional partnership & leadership skills.
      • Detailed understanding of the creative production process and experience managing both internal and external agency relationships.
      • Ability to think strategically and guide fellow stakeholders, based on Marketing expertise.
      • Strong communication skills to relay campaign plans and results to internal and external audiences.
      • Digital marketing expertise; firm understanding of testing strategies and execution of all digital assets.
      • Experience with not just content development but campaign design and execution, plus knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms such as Eloqua and Marketo a plus.
