    Zebra’s Mobile Computing product marketing manager will build the vision and voice of Zebra’s Mobile DNA and Mobility Extension (MX) software solutions product line. They will evangelize the benefits and value of the software add to key customers and partners.


    This role will be accountable for developing the value proposition and benefits of each software solution, the product marketing collateral, and value to our customers. The individual will provide insights to pricing, bundling opportunities, and increase the software attach rate & contribution to the overall business unit. The role will also be responsible for identifying modern customer requirements to expand the Mobility DNA offering. The individual should possess an outstanding blend of technical knowledge, marketing finesse and problem solving to connect identified customer use cases with technology solutions. This person should enjoy spending time in the market to understand customers’ problems and challenges and provide input to the broader mobile computing product teams to build innovative solutions for the market.


    • Develop product marketing collateral, such as product videos, data sheets, battle-cards and release notes, aligned with quarterly releases targeting both direct customers as well as partners via communication channels such as social media, the developer portal, Zebra blogs, developer talks, and roadshows
    • Become the authority on Zebra’s Mobile Computing MX, Mobility DNA and value add software stack, partner with Zebra’s corporate product marketing to develop the appropriate marketing content for sales executive leadership
    • Evangelize Zebra’s Mobility DNA value proposition and customer value to Zebra’s customers and partners
    • Develop user stories and case studies to promote customer benefits based on realized benefits of Mobility DNA
    • Partner and train Zebra sales team and partners and assist in closing new opportunities
    • Deliver customer presentation knack of talking to IT staff at various levels from IT developer, Administrators to CIO.
    • Define new product requirements for future product releases
    • Actively participate in Quarterly roadmap planning sessions, partner with software engineering to develop biweekly sprint demos mapped with customer benefits and use-cases
    • Identify customer pain points, new customer requirements, and new market solutions for the Mobile Computing portfolio, supporting the broader team in roadmap planning and future strategy directions


    • 5+ years of product marketing working with Android software applications and solutions, device management, APIs & Android Studio.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in science or Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in marketing with software experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal proficiency including written, verbal and oral skills and ability to interact well with customers
    • Successful client service skills with proven experience in building partnerships and ensuring software and service standards are met
    • Highly creative with ability to think strategically and develop strategic/business plans
    • Strong attention to detail and proactive abilities to function in a fast-paced independent environment as well as lead a team
    • Able to inspire change in complex organizations and work in a cross functional organization
    • Passion to learn new technologies and trends with proven understanding of complex products and systems
    • At ease demonstrating product functionality; ability to provide comprehensive overview of key selling points and positioning
    • Knowledge of mobile computers with bar code scanners & awareness of best practices for deployment and life cycle management of the products is a plus
    • Experience working with IT leadership of Fortune 500 customers is desirable
