You will be part of a Product Engineering team developing and supporting a customer and partner facing cloud based, SaaS product. This innovative solution combines IoT data from sensors on our devices, backend business process data and other system of records to deliver actionable intelligence to our customer to optimize their device availability and utilization. Using some of the newest technologies like Big Data, IoT, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning and modern data collection mechanisms our platform collects operational and support information for analysis and provides consolidated and actionable information to help our customers and partners manage their devices in the field. In this position the System Analyst (SA) will be working closely with Product Management group to understand the new product features (and modifications) and detail the feature requirements as JIRA Epics. The SA will then work closely with Architect, technical team in detailing out the technical requirements and the implementation and execution of the new features.
Key responsibilities include feature analysis, JAD sessions, story mapping, story writing, working with development and QA team during development sprints.
