    THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN ATLANTA, GA OR AGOURA HILLS, CA OR HOLTSVILLE, NY OR LINCOLNSHIRE, IL

     

    The Business Resiliency Lead, Supply Chain and Services is responsible for implementing the corporate governance and objectives of Zebra’s business continuity plans, ensuring Supply Chain & Services adheres to best practices and corporate standards.

     

    This role is essential in maintaining and supporting formalization of Zebra’s supply chain business continuity planning objectives. This role supports Zebra’s business continuity objectives by acting as a centralized organization point within Supply Chain & Services to develop/document, train functional resources, and exercise continuity plans. Identifies potential impacts, hazards, vulnerabilities, and corresponding resiliency risk mitigation strategies.

     

    Guides Supply Chain & Services through business continuity planning and is responsible for incorporating relevant documentation into the plan. This role ensures the plan is adequately tested annually.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain Supply Chain & Services business continuity plans and representing the organization in business continuity forums.
    • Deploy corporate business continuity management policies, guidelines, and reporting tools within Supply Chain & Services.
    • Guide cross-functional Supply Chain & Service resources and entities through end-to-end planning and implementation of business continuity plans.
    • Review all Supply Chain & Services business continuity documentation, provide professional advice/approval, and incorporate documentation into the continuity plan.
    • As the business continuity subject matter authority, provide expertise in threat, hazard, and vulnerability and other risk management assessment techniques.
    • Perform follow-up on audit findings to bring the vulnerabilities to either a state of risk acceptance or risk remediation.
    • Provide documentation and data wrangling tasks for metrics and measurements related to ensuring adequate agents, methodologies, and processes are in place for business continuity management
    • Conduct awareness and training for supply chain, including plan development workshops to refresh the business impact analysis on an annual basis.

    Qualifications

     Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required

    Preferred Work Experience (years):

    •  8 plus years private enterprise experience, or
    • Comparable experience in public agency or military continuous operations planning

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Certified Business Continuity Professional, Certified Risk Management Professional, or Certified Business Continuity Lead Auditor are preferred
    • Strong understanding of operational risk and business resiliency
    • Excellent organizational, communication, influencing, and team skills
    • Adept at facilitation, documentation, and reporting
    • Professional use of and familiarity with business continuity and risk management standards, such as DRII, ISO22301, NPFA1600, BS25999
    • Business continuity management practices and protocols
    • Must have experience in writing, managing, and maintaining business continuity plans
    • Must have a working knowledge of the Security Attack frameworks, kill chains, and information security incident response methodology
