Product Manager Principal is responsible for driving profitable growth of the company’s time and temperature indicator portfolio. In conjunction with senior management, the Product Manager Principal will execute the strategy to deliver revenue growth, ownership of the budget, coordination of new product development as well as build business relationship with our strategic partner. This role serves as the company expert and serves as the primary interface within the business unit and with the external market. Additionally, the role will shape how time and temperature indicator technology is used in our customer workplaces and establish service delivery performance criteria.

Must have outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally – particularly with technical audiences in customers. Must have the capability to develop technical documents and presentations that are built to address customer questions and solutions needed.
Consistent with a degree from a four (4) year college or university and training through working experiences.
Ability to define problems and collect and analyze data to solve the problems. Ability to turn insight into strategies and actions. Capability to develop analytical/economic models as sales tools or to assess costs/benefits of potential strategies or new product development.
Education and Experience:
BS/BA degree minimum and/or MBA degree with previous technical product/marketing experience.

Experience with a CRM software program
