    We're seeking a high-energy recruiter who excels in a fast-faced environment to support the administration of talent acquisition functions such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing offers, and closing candidates.

    Responsibilities

    • Supports employee recruitment and selection activities
    • Collaborates with business managers to define candidate profiles
    • Identifies candidates through multiple sources
    • Organizes and conducts pre-screening candidate interviews, background checks, and reference checks
    • Maintains contact with external search companies
    • Prepares reports on candidates
    • Analyzes effectiveness of recruitment practices
    • Assists in the negotiation of new hire salary packages
    • Contributes to projects

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment for a government contractor. Must have strong knowledge of Affirmative Action requirements. 
    • Highly collaborative with experience in partnering with HR and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and translate into successful hiring using creative sourcing methods for hourly opportunities.
    • Strong process orientation, the ability to work in a high-volume environment serving multiple sites.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other applicable technology, a strong preference for those possessing experience with iCIMS and LinkedIn resources.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage candidates and clients at a high level.
    • Ability to travel domestically, up to 50% of the time for meetings and events.
