    Zebra Technologies has acquired Profitect Inc., a leading provider of prescriptive analytics for the retail and consumer packaged goods industries. The addition of the Profitect solution offerings, technology, talents team and culture to Zebra expands our relevancy deeper and wider in global retails operations.

     

    The role of the Sales Operations Analyst will be to deliver timely and accurate data to management that will help to make sound, fact-based decisions. The primary responsibilities of the role are to build custom reports as requested for the assigned functional area. Works with sales to gather report requirements and deliver desired information. The role entails identifying strategic and tactical initiatives within the sales operations department in order to maximize revenue opportunities. The Analyst will help drive the methodology, systems, and processes that enable growth among the sales organization.

     

    This role must be based in Profitect's Burlington, MA office. Relocation will not be provided. 

    Responsibilities

    • Support sales team to meet sales targets
    • Data collection and maintenance
    • Provide requested reports, make updates and provide recommendations when necessary
    • Work with finance, marketing, technical, product teams to solve the problem in daily work
    • Organize data and generate deep customer insight in order to enhance sales operations productivity and effectiveness
    • Create comprehensive dashboards and automated metrics reports for sales and performance metrics, revenue, renewal rates, etc.
    • Provide data, analyses, modeling, and reporting to support sales force monthly and quarterly business reviews
    • Provide extensive and detailed data analysis of revenue trends/variances to goals and communicate to sales operations managers
    • Utilizes understanding of sales operations to detect emerging customer or market trends and help determine how the business can meet those opportunities and challenges to drive greater sales success
    • Ad-hoc data analysis upon request

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 2-5 + years of applicable corporate work experience; previous experience in business operations, sales operations, or sales administration highly desired
    • Expert-level experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) required
    • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with the MEDDIC Sales Process helpful, but not required
    • Familiarity with Channel partner business helpful, but not required
    • The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, processes and/or procedures
    • A self-starter with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving
