The Technical Writer manages content creation for a company product ensuring content regarding the product stays relevant. Works closely with all department heads to ensure contents are updated on a timely basis and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the contents that are delivered on our sites. Keeping up to date with industry best practice and techniques for delivering product documentation.
Key liaison between internal Zebra support teams (product management, software engineering, technical publications) and Zebra customers.
Work with engineers and product managers to publish support information on Zebra.com software download files, product images, how-to videos, technical articles, and other educational materials – and organize that information in a way that is intuitive to customers, so they can find what they need to in order to resolve technical issues and get the most out of their Zebra application.
