    Are you our next Global Marketing Campaign Manager?

     

    You will be responsible for the strategy, creation, execution and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive demand for Zebra’s products and solutions.

     

    We are growing our Global Campaign team, and in this position, you will work with company stakeholders to develop integrated campaigns to support company priorities and revenue goals. You will own campaign strategy, messaging and marketing mix, along with all the components of the campaign and supporting materials to generate leads, nurture prospects, and build pipeline. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Campaign Strategy, you will collaborate closely with Audience and Portfolio Marketing, Digital Marketing, the Channel organization and Regional Field Marketing.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with multiple company stakeholders, and the extended marketing team to interpret the marketing strategy and determine the campaigns needed to support Zebra’s global business goals
    • Build and own campaign plans (messaging, content, execution, reporting); and regularly update key stakeholders on deliverables and schedules
    • Provide strategic guidance on the development of content to support campaigns (i.e. white papers, reports, presentations, videos) and manage the creation of all promotional content – e-mails, landing pages, digital ads, social media posts, etc.
    • Collaborate worldwide in North America, Latin America, Europe Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific, to co-develop campaign execution plans, and track against those plans
    • Advocate for execution of an integrated program with optimal mix of inbound and outbound channels such as webinars, SEO, SEM, social, display, content syndication, nurturing and retargeting. Consider both direct-and through-partner execution
    • Measure campaign performance and work to optimize throughout campaign execution. Analyze performance vs. goals and spend to deliver optimal results
    • Communicate and collaborate with the digital and regional marketing teams to obtain feedback on programs and determine next best plan based on that feedback

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
    • 8+ years working on a variety B2B marketing programs or processes
    • Experience building global integrated campaigns to be executed with regional field marketing teams and to- and through-channel partners.
    • Strong understanding of the considerations for regional, industry, and audience variances within the campaign plan
    • Proven experience in creation and strategic implementation of multi-touch/ multi-phase campaigns promoting technically advanced products & solutions
    • A growing depth of knowledge on key marketing technology including Marketing Automation (Eloqua a plus) and Salesforce.com
    • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to run multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
    • Team player who is results oriented with a “can do” attitude
