    Zebra Technologies has acquired Profitect Inc., a leading provider of prescriptive analytics for the retail and consumer packaged goods industries. The addition of the Profitect solution offerings, technology, talents team and culture to Zebra expands our relevancy deeper and wider in global retails operations.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    This role provides pre-sales support through demonstrable knowledge of solution and understanding of the retail landscape and business challenges for Zebra Prescriptive Analytics (ZPA) sales team, and various Zebra sales channels. In addition to creating and delivering high impact sales presentations for prospects and industry trade shows, the candidate will also be responsible for product related questions for Request for Proposals (RFP), and Requests for Information (RFI).

     

    50% domestic travel will be expected with the potential for international travel. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
    • 2-5 + years of applicable work experience
    • Proven pre-sales/sales engineering experience in enterprise application software
    • Demonstrated retail or CPG experience a strong plus in one or more of these areas: sales, operations, loss prevention, merchandising
    • Analytical orientation with the ability to translate business needs into feasible, valuable solutions
    • Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
    • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of consistently meeting project deadlines with success
