  • Overview

    The primary purpose of the Vertical Field Marketing Advisor is to work in partnership with area sales to develop strategic marketing plans, drive demand through localization of global/regional campaigns, execute events, and create sales enablement tools. The advisor will also maintain strong field relationships. This role drives visibility to, and adoption of, integrated messaging, promotes new product launches, adapts, activates and executes global programs to regional market needs. This role will provide 75% support to the Healthcare Vertical and 25% support to the Government vertical.


    • Collaborate with Vertical Marketing Managers and Sales to develop regional GTM Strategy, including brand awareness, demand creation (including events & ABM), and sales enablement
    • Create content and deliver campaigns in alignment with top sales priorities in region
    • Leverage multiple marketing functions including sales, business intelligence, strategy, campaign marketing, portfolio marketing, product marketing and services, to support the achievement of the regional sales target
    • Manage marketing support for key, strategic, named and territory accounts across multiple routes to market - direct, partner, distribution
    • Build, nurture and manage a customer reference pipeline in region
    • Support in-region NPI and PR activities, in partnership with global
    • Maintain and develop database of successful seller enablement materials
    • Develop internal and external sales communications, as needed
    • 25% travel for regional events and training, as needed


    • BA/BS degree preferred
    • 8+ years prior relevant marketing experience in Healthcare and/or Government
    • Ability to think and act strategically and deliver operational planning alongside sales leadership to balance long and short term priorities
    • Highly effective organizational and communication skills
    • Agility in working with and influencing virtual teams
    • Ability to understand technical aspects of Zebra solutions to create and deliver messaging
    • Experience with inquiry management and lead routing systems - SFDC
    • Experience with Eloqua
    • Professional presentation skills
    • Fluency in written and spoken English
    • Collaboration with Event management teams
    • Fiscal responsibility via budget and project management
    • Execution of ABM demand programs
    • B to B Marketing Experience
