    We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Account Manager looking to grow their sales career. The candidate should be passionate and informed about applying mobile computing, data capture and label printing technologies to solve business problems for our Customers.

     

    This is a remote opportunity in which eligible applicants must reside in the territory (Missouri, Iowa or Wisconsin) and be within a reasonable driving distance to a major airport. Willing to consider talent in IL who are able to travel within the above stated territory. ~ 50% travel expected.

    Responsibilities

    • Represent Zebra as the complete portfolio expert to all industries served by Zebra in the assigned geography
    • Build and execute a sales plan for strategic territory accounts in the assigned geography
    • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota by creating sales opportunities in the assigned geography
    • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with end users and work collaboratively with the PartnerConnect channel
    • Accurately and frequently forecast business and maintain a sufficient pipeline of opportunities for each quarter with a 12 month outlook
    • Develop and conduct deal reviews for cross-functional teams and partners
    • Travel within assigned territory at least 50% of the month
    • Continuously remained informed and educated about Zebra solutions, products, industry trends and related technologies

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree of equivalent experience
    • 2-5 + years of B2B end-user sales experience
    • Demonstrated record of achievement in managing a multi-state territory against company targets
    • Solid track record of performance against revenue metrics (revenue & profitability)
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of each week and reside within Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa or Illinois
    • Discipline to work remotely, and plan business travel in order to optimize time in the field.
    • Understanding of how to create a business plan, as well as making adjustments to plan
    • Experience in and accuracy of preparing a monthly revenue forecast.
    • Appetite and confidence to prospect directly to the end customer, versus needing a channel partner to lead the way.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to grow C-level relationships with customers
    • Good business acumen, independent, self-motivated, organized and good in managing priority
    • Must be customer-oriented, able to influence customers at all levels and a strong teammate with a partnering mindset
    • Experience selling to manufacturing, retail, transport, logistics or healthcare industries strongly preferred
    • Experience and understanding of working in a Channel business with distribution and reseller community
    • Proficient with SalesForce and Microsoft BI a plus
