The Senior Eloqua Specialist role will design, implement and provide ongoing support of Zebras marketing automation technologies and supporting platforms.

This position will develop the infrastructure and processes aligned to marketing goals and provide visibility into effectiveness through reporting. The role also provides coaching, training and support to our global marketing teams to enable their successful use of our core technology.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build relationships with key suppliers and be main point of contact for Eloqua and associated technologies within the organization
  • Manage existing platform roadmaps and investigate new technologies to ensure our team is using the best solutions available to support Marketing objectives
  • Assist end user creation and maintenance of marketing automation campaigns providing support, training and best practice guidance
  • Routinely audit user practices to ensure compliance with processes and regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Securely lead and maintain marketing technology platforms (SalesForce, Eloqua, Hive9, Demandbase, OneTrust)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  1. BS or BA degree
  2. 5+ years of relevant marketing automation and lead management experience using Eloqua and Salesforce in a B2B environment
  3. Demand generation, lead management routing and related technology experience

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Ability to work at all levels in the organization
  2. Hive9, Demandbase, OneTrust, 6sense technology experience
