The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the Sales Operations Director and Sales Management Team to support sales analysis, planning and execution. In this role, the team will look to the Sr. Analyst to help establish/streamline policies and procedures throughout the department and support best practices in pipeline management and sales/product forecasting. This will include performing analyses, tracking and creating metrics to analyze current sales strategies and operations. Additional responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization.


  • Proactively manage pipeline dynamics, quota attainment including trending and daily/weekly variances, and report to Sales Leaders. Implement and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data.
  • Own and Manage Deal Reviews and Top Opportunities processes ensuring timeliness/responsiveness of Sellers, in alignment with sales management cadence.
  • Proactively analyze win-loss data in collaboration with Sellers, and report on key findings to sales leadership.
  • Creation of initiative Sales Playbook, roll-out training/enablement, track execution and (early) report on performance measurement per agreed cadence.
  • Cross functionally partner with global teams to ensure capabilities and performance standards align with business objectives and strategies.


Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business-related focus
  2. 5+years of experience creating/updating/running sales or revenue reporting; 2+ years creating sales reporting within
  3. Strong analytical, scheduling and organizational skills
  4. Attention to detail required
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish with ability to present technical and business solution concepts to all levels across the business

  2. Proactive- Must want to seek out information and solutions that are pertinent to their responsibilities and key to their delivery
