As a Functional Consultant you will provide direction to our Reflexis clients regarding the design and use of our SaaS based Workforce Management solution. You will provide technical expertise through product demonstrations, installation and maintenance. In addition, the Functional Consultant will add value to our clients by engaging our clients through webinars and conferences. 

 

This remote opportunity can be based anywhere in the US. 

Responsibilities

  • Provides pre and post- sales busines processes and functional support working with the customer from implementation into day-to-day-use
  • Prepares product specifications for implementation of customer solutions around Operations and Communications
  • Supports the installation and maintenance of Zebra's SaaS solution and ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications
  • Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to satisfy customer needs. May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client
  • Consults users on product capability and provides product demonstrations using critical thinking and change management techniques
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Creates training materials and facilitates system and business trainings directly to corporate customers. Helps plan and execute conference meetings for virtual and in-person engagements
  • Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
  • Primary intra-organizational with inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification required
  • 2+ years of applicable work experience required
  • Subject matter expert in Workforce Management/Labor or Time and Attendance Systems at a corporate level required

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Working knowledge of Reflexis, Kronos, JDA, Ceridian, or similar systems commonly used in Retail
  • Understanding of multi-unit operations a plus
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to engage and connect with customers at various levels of an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in Corporate Operations in teams and self-directed
  • Project coordination and training facilitation experience 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-starter
  • Detail-oriented
  • Curious mindset to uncover needs and continuously learn
  • Integrity and strong work ethic
  • Ability to act with confidence
  • Team-player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc.)

25-40% travel within the US expected post-COVID.
