As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be providing consulting, guidance and product support to rollout our Reflexis Task Manager solution. You will be instrumental in providing a premier customer service experience to our customers and partners, and will utilize your troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer inquiries.


*Position is located out of our Kennesaw, GA office- Remote to start due to COVID*


  • Works with customers, partners and others in creating solutions that integrate with Zebra devices
  • Responsible for delivery of integration solutions, covering all technical aspects of the implementation lifecycle
  • Understands complex business challenges and translates them into process/technical solutions
  • Provides support for partners, integrators and customer's technical resources in delivering solutions
  • Creates FAQ guides for the team


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years in a technology role required
  • Extensive Programming knowledge in one of the environments (i.e. Java, Java Script ) required
  • Proven experience in diagnostics and problem analysis
  • Knowledge of database systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Web development technologies such as HTML,JAVA, JAVA SCRIPT, JSON, RESTful Web services
  • Ability to identify potential programming issues in the product in live environment
  • Strong Analytical Skills in the field of Computer programming
  • Previous product customer service experience
  • Drive for problem solving
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Persistence to follow up with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
